As a child I was the one that was labelled “ too sensitive “ “ too kind “ , “ too quiet “ , “ different “ , “ weird “ , “ a nuisance “ …

The list goes on, I think you get the picture!

There wasn’t the internet or mobile phones back then to do research or find groups, only the immediate surroundings and most of my friends didn’t talk about anything deep, neither did the parents or school, so we just kept everything in and hoped for the best !

I studied Psychology at University because I was told to get a proper job, so I went down the prescribed path that felt like everyone else’s choice apart from mine.

Later on in life, I got married, got the house and 2 children, then the divorce came when both my disabled children were 2years old and 6 months, no job and a huge mortgage. This was when my healing and remembering truly began to unravel

I retrained in Reiki, Yoga, Dance, things that made my heart and soul sing and started my healing journey back home to my innocence, my source, not everyone else’s

Un learning has been and still is ongoing, it never stops but as I practice consistently and move towards what feels like home and ME, the catalysts and valleys get easier and less

The one thing that I didn’t have until recent years was a support system of TRUE souls that had my back, that held me accountable and would be there with me holding my hand through the fire, into the other side, which is why I created THIS mentorship program so that I can be there with you every step of the way
